About POS Pakistan
We built the operating system for Pakistan's physical restaurants and retail.
Pos Pakistan wasn't conceived in a deck. It came from standing behind counters at restaurants in Karachi and Lahore and watching the same failures repeat: slow billing during lunch, staff guessing at stock, owners flying blind, and receipts that didn't match FBR requirements. We built the product we'd want if we were the ones opening branches next year.
Our aspiration isn't another POS import with Urdu half-assed and a support line that replies after two weeks. Every feature is built for the market realities: offline operation where connectivity is unreliable, provincial tax categories already configured, staff training that respects the operational shift, and a hardware supply line that doesn't mean shipping everything back to China for repairs.
The same system runs a single cloud kitchen in Bahria Ground 1 and the national QSR chain planning its expansion — one order book, one inventory ledger, one dashboard view.
