Hardware is sold with software in mind — every printer is pre-loaded with the tax receipt layout, every terminal is cached for offline operation, and every KDS screen is tested against your kitchen routing before it leaves our staging area.

Branch-name, tax profile, product catalog, and printer settings are staged before delivery, so the install day is mostly placement and power-up.
On-site installation in major cities
Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and supported regional setups get hands-on install plus busted-unit swap coverage from our local team.
KDS screens and printers dock-ready
Each KDS display is paired to the POS via the station map; bump bars and cables are sealed against kitchen heat and grease.
Spares and upgrades covered
Sent-at-fault replacements of scanners, printers, and kiosks are stocked in-country so hardware support isn't a waiting list from abroad.
